Supports four product offices within a government project office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems. Implements qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics, and modeling to develop cost estimates. Advises product office and project office leadership on risk, schedule, and cost analysis to develop responsible program measurement analytics and program plans. Prepares independent cost estimates and program offices estimates, to include maintaining and presenting supporting documentation, cost methodologies, and coordinates assumption sets to present and defend estimates and cost materials.
