Supports four product offices within a government project office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems. Implements qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics, and modeling to develop cost estimates. Advises product office and project office leadership on risk, schedule, and cost analysis to develop responsible program measurement analytics and program plans. Prepares independent cost estimates and program offices estimates, to include maintaining and presenting supporting documentation, cost methodologies, and coordinates assumption sets to present and defend estimates and cost materials. Required * BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; or an ABET accredited BS in Engineering * Minimum 10 years related experience * Some travel * Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance Desired * MS or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or an ABET accredited MS in Engineering * Proficiency with COSTAT, SPSS, and MiniTab * Understanding of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), federal budgeting, DoD Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) best practices, Congressional justification forms, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefings, President Budget Smart Charts, Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) reports, and other related areas * High understanding of MS Office product line, including MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as SW such as wInsight, Q-TIP, ACEIT, Crystal Ball, SEER * Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes, DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02 directive and instructions Necessary Competencies * Honesty, superior ethics * Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills * Ability to be a team player * Initiative * Positive attitude * Professionalism Life at INTUITIVE ® Awards: INTUITIVE ‘s many awards showcase our success at building a professional and well-rounded culture of excellence.
