We are seeking a passionate and ambitious New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will have a legitimate opportunity to earn a six-figure income while developing your entrepreneurial skills and spirit with the support of an innovative team.

What You Need To Be Successful:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building effective relationships, establishing rapport, and practicing attentive listening. In addition, they must be a self-motivated, goal oriented and an exceptional communicator. Demonstrating honesty and integrity is also important if you want to work as a new home sales consultant. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers that results in a high level of customer satisfaction while demonstrating respect and professionalism.
What You Will Need To Do:
· Understanding the needs of clients and developing plans to meet those needs is of the utmost importance.
· Qualify customer based on their budget.
· Maintain knowledge of products, sell homes and secure contracts.
· Maintain continuous communication and contact with prospects to pull sales through the sales cycle and proactively follow-up with clients after sales to ensure that they are satisfied.
· Interact with management, team members and construction teams.
· Proactively face challenges and handle all situations with perseverance and patience.
· Capacity for creating focus and exceeding goals successfully are necessities for this position.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturday’s. Proven closing skills. Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. No real estate license required.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
