We are searching for a positive, people person that loves communication with authenticity with guests, fellow associates, and management. Job Requirements:

• Flexible Schedule with night and weekend availability
• Balancing daily of the prior day’s receivables
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the proper person or department
• Handles or directs customer inquires on orders
• The ability to learn and become competent with our Company software (we will train)

Must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong telephone, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to self motivate and work unsupervised
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Basic bookkeeping and analytical skills
• A friendly, warm and welcoming demeanor
• A positive attitude
