TellyHealthMD is a telehealth provider group improving healthcare access for underserved communities across New York. We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver patient-centered care where it’s needed most — and we’re growing our team to do it.
About the role
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Russian) Call Center Outreach Specialist to serve as a direct link between TellyHealthMD and our Russian-speaking patient community in Brooklyn, NY.
Location: Brooklyn, NY (on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Pay: $22–$25/hr depending on experience
What you’ll do
- Conduct outbound and inbound patient outreach in English and Russian
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients on care plans
- Represent TellyHealthMD at community health events
- Bridge language and cultural barriers to ensure patients feel supported
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in English and Russian — spoken
- Customer service experience with a patient-first, empathetic approach
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a team
- Background in healthcare or social services a plus — not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
