Row House Campbell Hiring for Studio Sales Manager Full Time

Among your qualifications, you should be able to:

• Meet or exceed sales goals with an emphasis on growing sales sustainably
• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, business networking, and pop up events
• Use effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to coach others and lead with integrity.

This role will be heavily based on sales metrics so you should have a demonstrated history of managing and personally supporting that aspect of a business. We have a great team and we are ready to be impressed with what you can do.

This position offers a very competitive base rate plus commissions and bonus, if all studio goals are met.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant direct sales experience
• Proficient with computers and contemporary technology

Schedule:

• This position is 28-32 hours per week. You must be able to work a flexible schedule. Monday to Sunday, a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Campbell, CA 95008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Direct sales: 2 years (Required)
