The Role

As a Route Service Technician, you are the face of our environmental mission. Operating our specialized, high-tech mobile filtration equipment, you will:

• Filter and extend the life of commercial cooking oil for major clients (Hospitals, Universities, Stadiums, and Restaurants).
• Perform deep eco-cleaning of professional fryers using high-tech tools.
• Manage logistics, including fresh oil delivery and waste oil removal.
• Uphold safety, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and compliance for our commercial partners.

Schedule & Training Logistics

We prioritize setting you up for ultimate success. Please note our specific shift and training structure:

• The Normal Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (Sunday overnight into Monday is a mandatory required shift for this role).
• Paid Training Schedule: Training takes place Monday through Thursday nights.
• Flexibility: Once your training is fully completed and you are confident on your route, the schedule may be adjusted.

What You Bring to the Team

• Night Owl DNA: Proven experience and comfort working 3rd shift/overnights is required. You thrive on the night shift.
• Reliability: You are self-motivated, punctual, and show up ready to own your route every single shift.
• Physical Grit: You enjoy active, hands-on work and can comfortably lift up to 75 lbs.
• Driving Confidence: A valid driver’s license with a clean record (3+ years) and comfort driving a 16’ box truck.
• Professional Standards: Clean drug screen, clean background check, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam (which we fully pay for!).
