Root Creative Marketing Hiring for Social Media Coordinator Full Time

Summary of Position

Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for running all Root Creative Marketing client social accounts. This position will be responsible for upholding and maintaining brand voice, brand vision and standards on chosen client accounts.

Responsibilities

Social Media Coordinator will need to perform the following tasks:

• Work with Account Director and Account Manager to determine client expectations on social media platforms
• Work with Account Manager to develop Social Media Campaigns
• Draft Monthly Social Posting Calendars
• Work with team of Content Producers to execute client social media expectations
• Daily engagement across social platforms
• Ability to utilize social media tools (Hootsuite, LinkTree, Canva, etc.)
• Routinely review client social media sites and respond directly to inquiries as needed
• Develop User Generated Content
• Generate social media content for the agency
• Manage social media trends and implement across platforms
• Communicate effectively with Account Director, Account Managers and Content Producers
• Draft Social Media Marketing Plans to be presented to client
• Provide monthly analytics to Account Managers
• Monthly update meetings with Account Managers

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred minimum skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Prior experience as a social media coordinator or similar role (3 years minimum experience preferred)
• Thrive working in fast-paced, high energy environment
• Experience in managing client social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in crafting User Generated Content
• Organized and ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
