Retro-Rifle Hiring for Illustrator Full Time

We are expanding our design team and looking for a graphic designer with a passion for creativity to design custom apparel in Mesa, Az. Would be responsible for creating high quality graphics, organizing and compiling files to be sent off to manufacturers. A successful Designer should be able to come up with original ideas while being able to work well with constuctive feedback and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Create 2-3 original designs a week

• Forming tech packs and compiling files into the correct sales channel
• Corroborate with lead designer
• Ability to manage multiple projects with ever changing deadlines

• Various Logo Types that can work across a spectrum of products.
• Large format graphics for signs, banners, wall wraps etc.
• Conceptualizing new ideas for products based on production capabilities.

Skills

• 5+ years experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Must have understanding of patterns and textiles
• Must be proficient with vectors
• Exceptional communication
• Self-starting and a ‘can do’ attitude

• Excellent time management and proven organizational skills with files and layers
• Growing and elevating our internal brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design/related discipline
• Portfolio of recent work must be submitted for consideration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mesa, AZ 85202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
