JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics, compliance, and fulfillment processes for major retail chains and international distributors.
This role serves as the primary coordinator for retailer logistics requirements, ensuring accurate order processing, routing, shipping compliance, and on-time delivery. The position also owns the maintenance and distribution of product compliance documentation and factory certifications, ensuring that retailers, distributors and internal teams receive accurate and up-to-date records as required.
The Retail Supply Chain Coordinator works closely with sales, operations, warehouse, factories, freight providers, and retailers to ensure efficient execution, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Manage retail platforms including Walmart, Target, At Home, Walgreens, BJs, CVS, and others
· Oversee EDI provider setup and automation for new and existing customers. Experience in SPS Commerce and/ or True Commerce is a plus.
· Maintain accurate order documentation including ship dates, inventory, and production timelines
· Manage product compliance documents
· Coordinate with international distributors and factories to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
· Coordinate with in-house warehouse and 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
· Route orders and schedule pickups per customer compliance requirements
· Maintain vendor manuals, routing guides, and process documentation
· Support trade shows if needed
· Maintain product knowledge
· Manage projects independently
· Support finance with invoicing, collections, and chargebacks
· Communicate with retailers and reps via phone and email
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Work independently with minimal supervision
· Meet deadlines for compliance and shipping windows
· Perform additional duties as needed
· Toys industry experience is a plus
