Role Purpose/Mission:
The Retail Performance Executive (RPE) is accountable for delivering sales targets, excellence in brand execution, business leadership and people development across an assigned market. This role combines strategic business leadership responsibilities with hands-on coaching and education, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy in retail stores. The RPE serves as a commercial owner, brand guardian, and talent developer, adapting execution to the distinct brand expressions (La Prairie or Chantecaille) while holding one common standard of leadership, accountability, and performance.
