This role owns the early talent co-op program across Retail Business Services, including leading the entire recruiting process, utilize deep networking and sourcing skills to identify passive candidates, establish strong partnerships with hiring leaders and college representatives, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Responsible for program oversight of program participants’ projects and offers, data and metrics. The Co-Op Talent Specialist ensures co-op program participants have a positive & robust experience with RBS.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies, demand plan, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the hiring process.
