Renegade Group LLC Hiring for In-Office Desktop Support Specialist (MAC) Job at Arlington, VA Full Time

We are seeking to welcome a Desktop Engineer to our newly formed Information Technology team. The Desktop Engineers promote a great customer experience, determine customer needs, maintain personal interaction with clients and answer help desk inquiries. The ideal candidate should showcase in his or her resume an interest in technology, Apple products familiarity, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, and good numeracy skills.

Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, upgrade, maintain and support desktop systems based on customer service requests
– Develop preventative maintenance procedures to avoid desktop system failures
– Maintain Apple desktop computers, printers, and other software and hardware peripherals
– Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams for resolution
– Perform repairs and replacements of software and hardware peripherals
– Provide job trainings to new hires as needed
– Provide assistance to other Administrators when requested
– Perform failure analysis and determine corrective action plans
– Plan and execute allotted work within deadlines and maintain records of daily tasks
– Oversee inventory management of software and hardware components
– Maintain accurate documentations for system installations, configurations, upgrades and disaster recovery activities
– Install antivirus software and oversee software license renewals.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years’ experience supporting Apple user environments
– Experience with Online Ticketing Systems
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Office 365 skills
– MS- TEAMS, A/V skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
