Job Essentials:Established business with a busy administration office and a team of 10 committed players, seeks an Administrative Assistant to be involved in order consolidation, customer service (telephonic), data entry, shipping & receiving, and to assist administrative and CS managers as well as other team members.
5+ years of experience preferred.
Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to learn other software used by the organization.
Ability to multitask and be a team player with a positive attitude.
