LOGISTICS MANAGER
Relco Systems, Inc., a progressive leader in the transportation industry, is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to make a positive impact on our daily logistics operations. The Logistics Manager position is responsible for operational excellence through direct oversight of account performance, dispatching and maintenance schedules. Key to this position is the development of relationships with company drivers, operational and maintenance personnel, and external customers, while developing mastery of company systems and dispatch software.

The Logistics Manager’s responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for customer account performance to ensure service standards are being met
• Oversight of dispatch operations; including providing ground-level support
• Foster customer relationships in line with company culture
• Coordinate with management to satisfy company and customer objectives
• Accountability for dispatch and service standards
• Communication with maintenance department to improve equipment utilization
• Develop superior knowledge of internal and external load tracking systems

Requirements for the Logistics Manager position:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years direct logistics experience required
• Experience working with commercial drivers preferred
• Dispatching experience preferred
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday; 8am – 5pm
• After-hours as needed
