About the Role
The Relationships Manager is central to the Aurelia experience.
This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with our clients, guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their transition into long-term care.
It is a relationship-first position where trust, presence, and consistency drive both conversion and retention.
You will work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure every woman feels supported, seen, and connected.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication
• Guide new clients through onboarding with clarity and care
• Support transition from initial consult offers into membership
• Proactively identify and resolve friction in the client experience
• Engage through phone and written communication with warmth and professionalism
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to retention and overall client satisfaction

Qualifications
• 3–5 years in client success, patient coordination, or relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with frequent phone-based interaction
• Experience in healthcare or wellness preferred
• Interest in women’s health and functional care
