Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing behavioral therapy and supporting clients in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children, and a commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
