What you’ll be doing
- Drive capital improvement projects ranging from approximately $100K to $1.5M+
- Evaluate new technologies, equipment upgrades and process improvement opportunities
- Provide engineering leadership throughout project planning and execution
- Partner with plant teams to improve reliability, maintenance performance and productivity
What you’ll bring
- Engineering degree with strong project and technical engineering capability
- Experience within heavy manufacturing, mining, minerals, cement or related process industries
- Ability to review engineering designs, specifications and contractor deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style
