Description
Under the supervision of the Recruitment Supervisor or Manager, partners with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans for positions as assigned. Screens, interviews, and sells qualified candidates to hiring leaders. Sources and creates candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media. Participates in realistic job previews. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competition. Follows through with the employment process as defined by policy. Estimated salary range for this position is $56791.50 – $73828.95 / year depending on experience.
