Overview

A rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to source, engage, and place travel clinicians across healthcare facilities nationwide. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales and recruitment environment.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and account teams while managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and ongoing candidate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians and healthcare professionals
• Source candidates through internal databases, job boards, referrals, and social platforms
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for open healthcare assignments
• Match clinicians to client staffing needs in high-demand specialties
• Manage compensation discussions and offer negotiations
• Maintain regular communication with clinicians throughout assignments
• Collaborate with Account Managers and leadership on recruiting strategies
• Track pipeline activity and consistently achieve recruitment targets
• Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in recruitment, sales, staffing, or a professional business environment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working flexible hours or occasional on-call support when required
