We are looking for a versatile, growth-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a role that evolves with our business. In the near term, your primary focus will be corporate and SG&A recruiting, with an emphasis on revenue-generating roles like Business Development Representatives as Curana Health continues to expand its market presence. As that business matures and clinical volume grows, this role will expand to include Advanced Practice Provider recruiting, making you a true utility player across the full Curana talent landscape.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who has a strong corporate or sales recruiting foundation and is genuinely curious about healthcare and clinical recruiting. You do not need to be an APP recruiting expert on day one, but you should be eager to learn the space, build new sourcing muscles, and grow into both functions over time. Adaptability, a proactive outreach mindset, and the ability to build relationships across very different candidate populations are what will make you successful here.
