Advanced Fulfillment Services is a growing logistics and fulfillment company specializing in warehousing, inventory management, order processing, and distribution solutions. We are committed to delivering efficient and accurate service while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. We are currently seeking a dependable Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team.

Job Summary

The Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy and proper product storage. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and supporting the overall fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Unload, sort, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately record received inventory using warehouse management systems.
• Label and store products according to company procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding inventory issues.
• Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry proficiency.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
