The Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for overseeing, designing, implementing and measuring digital campaigns using our marketing automation, email management and CRM systems. See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Create comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies that engage our customers and lead to successful conversion goals. Integrate with a holistic view of the campaign, customer and touch points that informs our view of our target audience. Build frameworks for broader marketing teams to leverage and support.
Deploy, manage, track and report on automated trigger and nurture campaigns across business lines as required. Generate reporting and leverage data to draw insights and optimization of campaigns Perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and growth. Responsible for the integrity and segmentation of database audiences, building repeatable campaign program templates as applicable.
Lead the team’s automation strategy across the homegenius campaigns and audiences. Orchestrate customer journeys partnering with key business stakeholders, product teams and broader marketing teams to implement and execute effectively and within established frameworks this role creates and manages.
Drive strategy of team’s automation technology tools including identifying and implementing new features, functionality, standards for templates, builds and programs.
Review and analyze team’s campaign builds, programs for compliance with guidelines, frameworks set by this role
Partner with Marketing Ops on data, tracking, reporting to assure success of campaigns.
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:
Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience: 5 or more years of prior work related experience
Additional Qualifications:
5-8 years of progressive experience in a digital marketing role with proven success in website development and management.
Experience with website development, such as HTML, CSS, and other tools, as well as working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, marketing automation systems, Salesforce.com, social media monitoring tools, and content management systems.
Experience managing digital marketing projects from concept to implementation, with solid project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment. Ability to manage numerous, concurrent tactical responsibilities, while not losing site of the bigger picture; strong attention to detail and quality.
Experience in following industries preferred: mortgage, real estate industry, financial services, fintech, SaaS.
