We have grown rapidly over the past 5 years, primarily through word-of-mouth advertising, as well as SEO and PPC campaigns. We have developed proprietary technology that is used to deliver exceptional service to our clients. We are now preparing to launch an aggressive marketing campaign, including the following components: PPC, lead generation, social media (Facebook, Youtube, etc.), television, field marketing (developing a partnership program with local doctors, etc.), and potentially other forms of advertising and marketing. Accordingly, we seeking an outstanding team member who can help execute on these important and exciting marketing initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to really make a difference! We have an in-house video production and sound recording studio to help generate marketable content for videos (including internal training and employee engagement video, marketing videos, etc., etc.). Primary Responsibilities include:

• Interface with CEO and other Senior Management to strategize and identify effective approaches to achieve the company’s growth objectives
• The position will report directly to the company’s CEO
• Create and maintain campaigns and all materials related to campaigns
• Monitor and modify campaigns to achieve goals and objectives
• Help with prioritization of campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Assist with video production and editing
• Assist with print material production and editing

Requirements include:

• A successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience executing marketing initiatives
• Willingness to “do the work” as opposed to “managing the work”; we are looking for a well-rounded digital marketing expert; over time could evolve into a VP of Marketing role, for example
• Experience with print editing / graphics design (brochures, posters, business cards)
• Experience with video production (lighting, audio, camera operation) and editing
• Extensive digital marketing experience (PPC, social media, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is critical. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and numerical / analytical skills are required.
• Self starter, highly motivated to make a difference in the trajectory of our company.
• Analytical skills for measuring effectiveness of multiple campaigns
• Microsoft Excel skills – basic to intermediary – don’t need to know how to do complex formulas, but do need to know how to track campaigns, perform basic analysis and use mathematical formulas (percentages, multiplication, ratios, division, etc.).
• Ability to manage your own schedule effectively and meet deadlines to make sure goals are achieved.
• College degree in a related field (digital marketing, marketing, communication, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
