High end and family-oriented Construction Company in Calabasas is searching for a Full-time production manager that is smart, reliable, capable, creative and all around positive and proactive.

Candidates should be/have:

– Experience in a Construction company

-Very well organized and detail-oriented.
– knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word, knowledge of Builder Trend a plus.
-High written and verbal communication skills.
-Manage correspondence via mail and text.
-Process invoices, bills and expenses.
-Handle administrative tasks.
-Show an ability to solve arising issues on the go.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Assist with coordination and overseeing all aspects of projects up to its completion. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.

Required skills:
-High written and verbal communication skills.
-Very well organized and detail-oriented.
-Show an ability to solve arising issues on the go.
-Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Work well under pressure
-Spanish Speaker is a plus

Construction experience is required

Salary: $68,800.00 to $78,000.00 /year
