- Will work closely with various lines of business to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Conduct and Analyze Exit interviews trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to assist with retention
- Assist in resolving complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations while keeping the information received confidential
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, seeking Legal guidance as needed/required
- Provide day-to-day management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions)
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Oversees or carries out response to Unemployment Insurance claims. Facilitates any Unemployment Insurance claim appeals hearings.
- With access to Company and Personal information and data it is imperative to maintain extreme confidentiality at work and outside of work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of Human Resources related experience required
- Strong communication, skills written and verbal
- Experience analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning, a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Spanish preferred
