The DXT team is responsible for digital and physical Guest and Crew experiences for all technology and digital-led initiatives.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate business value into actionable plans and execute on the delivery of strategic initiatives in support of Emerging Technology & Product (ETP) priorities. This role requires technical understanding, attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability and ownership, collaboration, and experience managing across workstream teams. The hiring range for this position in Florida is $100,000-$120,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
