Project Manager – Healthcare(Provider/Clinical Data) Full Time NEW

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager with a strong background in the healthcare provider sector to manage and coordinate technology and operational initiatives for a leading healthcare organization in the United States.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare-related projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and operational teams to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate project planning meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and vendor coordination when required.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare provider domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, provider operations, or healthcare IT environments.
• Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large healthcare systems or enterprise healthcare environments.
• PMP, CSM, or related project management certification is a plus.
• Exposure to healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with US-based stakeholders and distributed teams.
