at Lakeland Bank has accountability for developing and managing a team of
project managers through the successful delivery of IT Operations,
Infrastructure, Security and Applications projects. Reporting into the Digital
Director, the PMO Lead will play a critical role in building and strengthening
the project management capabilities of Lakeland Bank and enabling technologies
that support and drive digital transformation.
The PMO Lead will partner with other IT and Business leads to define project
priorities, build business cases, identify resource requirements and create the
IT Roadmap for Project Delivery. The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for
coaching and developing project managers, assessing additional resource
requirements, providing strategic and tactical guidance on projects, leading
performance management processes for resources and, ultimately, successful
delivery of IT projects on time, on budget, on scope with high quality.
The PMO Lead may also have direct responsibility for managing projects.
