Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Analyst role based in San Francisco, CA. The Project Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations to support strategic real estate decisions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in portfolio optimization initiatives, and contribute to the development of impactful recommendations for clients. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring deliverable quality, and providing insights that align physical space strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis, market research, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields; advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with corporate real estate, finance, or consulting is beneficial
