Job Number: 175950
As a customer service representative working from the comfort of your home, you’ll support customer needs and offer additional products. We’ll provide office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you’ll have the support of a collaborative virtual team and ongoing coaching.
Preferred: previous remote work experience and/or contact center experience
Training starts June, July, and August
Training schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:45pm EST for 12 weeks
Permanent schedule: Most schedules will include a weekend day and evening hours after completion of training.
