Production Associate Job Summary: Rapidly growing manufacture of hot tubs is searching for energetic, team-oriented individuals to join their team! Production Associates are responsible for properly and efficiently assembling the product, operating equipment while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.

Production Associate Requirements: Flexibility to work in any of the areas and perform different job duties which can include any of the following or tasks as assigned:

• Working with a variety of tools including but not limited to drills, staple guns, wrenches, saws…
• Assembling and fabricating materials
• Reading work orders to mark and assemble hot tub materials correctly
• Loading, unloading and operating thermoform machine
• Spraying foam insulation
• Assembling and fabricating components and materials for the hot tubs
• Working with a variety of materials including plastics, wood and foam
• Wiring components
• Connecting and installing plumbing
• Cutting materials like hoses and wood
• Inspecting and repairing product
• Packaging, labeling and prepping for shipping

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st shift Monday – Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm with over time on Friday
• $13.00/HR or more depending on experience

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Team player and flexibility to work in areas with highest need
• Experience using power tools and saws for assembly and fabrication
• Measuring
• Ability to read English for the work instructions and work orders
• Experience with construction, wood working or thermoform experience a plus
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Organizational skills and able to plan ahead
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving skills and critical thinking
• Able to do physical work that may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching for an entire 10 hour shift
