This role will shape how drivers discover and adopt tools that improve their experience and long-term success on the platform.
This is a highly cross-functional global role at the intersection of Product, Operations, CRM, Research, Regional Teams, Data Science, and Customer Support. You’ll translate complex product systems and incentive mechanics into clear, motivating value propositions and scalable engagement strategies that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year – USD$155,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year – USD$155,500 per year.
