Our Mission Capability Verification Center has a great opportunity for an accomplished engineer to join us in the role of the Product Line Program Information Coordinator (PIC). This position is with the Patriot team at White Sands Missile Range, NM and supports the mission test operations and design, development and analysis activities. The MCVC Product Line Program Information Coordinator performs a variety of key tasks to support the Test Equipment Product Line from proposal development to product delivery. The PIC works under the direct supervision of the Product Line Manager and is responsible for managing and executing business tasks and assisting the Product Line Manager, as required, with day-to-day management activities required to assemble, test and deliver a world class product on time and within budget. The PIC supports all administrative activities for each deliverable product. The PIC is also responsible for the execution of Earned Value (EV) processes, metrics and tools for the Systems Integration department. The individual will ensure compliance with all internal and external customer EV reporting requirements including key financial indicators needed to manage its efforts.: Additionally, the PIC will support the center proposal coordinator in System Integration proposal preparation to include proposal pricing for Not-To-Exceed proposals, Non-Binding Budgetary Estimates, and firm proposals. Specific tasks include supporting the Systems Integration Manager in : * Integrated Product Development System Gate support utilizing tools such as GEM * Assist in generating the monthly tracking book and conducting the review, including ensuring the tracking book has accurate cost, schedule and performance data * Providing CAM support for System Integration project management tasks * Supporting monthly status and LRE inputs using tools such as PMX * Supporting FTE projections and ensuring teams have adequate staffing to complete scheduled work * Monthly EV metric collection and VAR analysis/narratives * Monthly productivity analysis * Supporting development, review and coordination of Quarterly Estimates At Complete (EAC). * Supporting Engineering Project Information Collection (EPIC) metric collection and analysis * Supporting in the; * Development, review and approval of Secondary Work Authorizations * Development, review and approval of Budget Change Requests * Development, review and approval of monthly variance analysis * Development, review and approval of monthly Latest Revised Estimate * Perform Monthly comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule analysis * Perform Monthly comprehensive EVM analysis * Perform Monthly comprehensive staffing analysis * Contractor Work Breakdown Structure maintenance * Identify and implement key EV metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools to drive success * Oversee EV performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage and work with projects on corrective actions * Coordinate with IDS subject matter experts to maximize use of best practices Stay Connected: Don’t miss out on what’s happening at IDS. IDS: Making the World a Safer Place Required Skills: * BS (STEM degree) plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering role with two (2) or more years in a team lead or PICC type role * Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems), budgetary or similar financial responsibilities * This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Desired Skills: * Knowledge and experience with developing bids and performing EACs * EVMS certification * Previous IDS CAM experience * Knowledge and experience with IPDS * Experience in development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) * Knowledge and experience with Agile processes * Knowledge and experience with APEX or PRISM * Experience using oneIDE and PMX tool Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or related discipline 158853
