We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Packaging Science.
Strong technical mastery: Proven record and ability to understand complex technical and consumer problems and identify and implement effective solutions.5M Capability, Transformation mindset are all valuable tools for both the up and down stream elements of this role.
Strong technical mastery in data analysis: experience in analyzing complex databases, either technical or consumer, and drawing actionable conclusions. Experience in applying data science to model consumer and technical data (penetrating the “Why” to develop the “How”) while distilling this down to key learnings, recommendations, and summaries appropriately.
Experience or passion in franchise packaging: this includes usage/dosing understanding, TM Development//Prototyping & Package Design keeping consumer and sustainability in mind
Experience or passion in digital tools: this includes developing tools to track consumption or sensors to best understand the dosing experience for consumers
Leadership: enjoy to work in an agile and entrepreneurial end to end context (consumer/product/market) and lead the packaging learning plans.
Collaboration: enjoy to be part of a successful and fun team, where we help each other to grow. Ability to work in multi-functional team, also remotely
Communication: ability to effectively and timely summarize key results, technical challenges and solutions in both verbal and written form.
