Private Equity Associate – Healthcare Focus | Boston
A leading healthcare-focused private equity platform is looking to add an Associate to its Boston team.
The firm is a highly active investor with a strong track record of partnering with market-leading healthcare businesses across services, tech-enabled care, and pharma/HCIT.
In this role, you’ll be involved across the full deal lifecycle, from evaluating opportunities to executing and working with portfolio companies post-close. You’ll partner closely with senior investors and management teams, with real exposure to decision-making early on. The focus is on driving value in the businesses, not just analyzing them, all within a collaborative, high-performing team where you’ll have meaningful responsibility from day one.
Key requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Strong interest in Healthcare investing
- Proven analytical skillset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who wants to take ownership and grow within a dynamic platform
