Position Overview:

• The Prime Group Holdings LLC. The Graphic Designer will handle the development, design, and execution of all Prime Group Holdings’ print and digital assets. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for working with the EVP, Marketing on developing PGH branding and upholding brand integrity across the portfolio.

Candidates must submit a portfolio of their work (creative assets, designs, ad campaigns, etc.) via PDF and a professional resume.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visually represent Prime Group Holdings’ brands in a way that inspires, informs, and captivates PGH’s stakeholders
• Create an inspirational look & feel for the PGH brand portfolio by developing brand and style guidelines
• Execute all 2D & 3D design projects, including, but not limited to: small-scale printable assets, logos, building signage, posters, presentations, videos, infographics, and digital assets
• Manage inbound creative requests from facilities and corporate departments, reviewing and organizing tasks and preparing status updates for the EVP, Marketing
• Assist Marketing Department with videography and photography projects, providing feedback and insight on strategies, as well as editing assets as needed
• Obtain quotes for design-related projects (sign printers, wayfinding designers, videographers)
• Maintain library of marketing assets & resources, such as photos, videos, electronic media, and more
• Conduct frequent research on industry and competitor design trends. Analyze findings and use takeaways to enhance the design and branding-related decisions

Education and Experience:

• 2-4 years experience in graphic design or multimedia production; internship experience applicable
• BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Media Arts, or applicable design-related program
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple assignments at once
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge). Experience with other design and editing-related platforms are a plus
• Strong writing abilities
• Photography & videography experience a plus
• Environmental design experience a plus
