Mission Build the independent verification infrastructure layer for enterprise vendor spend across SaaS, cloud, logistics, payments, procurement, and operational systems.

Role Overview The President & GM — VendorID will lead Vaudit’s enterprise vendor verification platform and help establish the company as the trusted audit layer for the global vendor economy. This executive will own platform growth, enterprise expansion, product direction, and strategic finance ecosystem relationships.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $300K–$500K
• Performance Bonus to equal $1 Million total salary & bonus annually
• Significant Equity Package
