SUMMARY:

The Human Resource Manager will help support our new company growth! This position will be responsible for all employee/employment related issues. Ranging from staffing, legal compliance, benefits, training and development, safety and health, formal documented procedures and personnel forecasting and organizational development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote, implement, and communicate activities regarding policies, regulations, systems and standards related to HR for both hourly and salaried staff.
• Analyze and report monthly HR metrics (budgeting, attendance, hiring activities, etc.)
• Effectively communicate to employees on relevant topics regarding HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing and talented workforce for the organization.
• Administer Health Insurance plans to include open enrollment, plan design, and ongoing support to employees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with team members across the company, working to foster a highly desirable workplace with the involvement of all team members to achieve our shared goals.
• Recommend, develop and schedule training and development opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned
