Practice Manager Full Time NEW

We are seeking a highly agile, solutions-oriented Practice Manager to lead end-to-end, large-scale technical and PIMS implementations across our clinic network. In this position, you will leverage your deep veterinary clinic background to manage day-to-day operational alignment, workflow tracking, and stakeholder communication during critical rollout phases.

This role is purpose-built for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, managing concurrent clinic implementations and driving accountability on-site during critical clinic go-lives.

Position Details

• Role Title: Regional Implementation Manager
• Location: Remote
• Travel: Up to 75% travel to clinic sites
• Duration: 6-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Deployment Management

• End-to-End Rollouts: Own the full deployment lifecycle of complex PIMS implementations across multi-site veterinary clinic locations.
• On-Site Change Management: Lead on-the-ground execution teams during critical go-live phases, managing unexpected technical or operational roadblocks in real-time.
• Operational Tracking: Oversee day-to-day clinic implementation workflows, tracking milestones and managing concurrent rollouts via Monday.com.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the critical bridge and central point of communication between local clinic staff, IT teams, corporate leadership, and third-party vendors.
• Readiness Assurance: Coordinate and track backend IT tasks required for seamless data migration and overall clinic system readiness.
• Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training timelines with platform and operational teams to prepare clinic staff for system go-lives.
• Risk Mitigation: Actively monitor rollout schedules, proactively identify delivery risks, and escalate blockers to maintain strict timelines.
• Post-Launch Refinement: Gather and document post-launch feedback to build feedback loops, supporting continuous process improvement and operational refinement.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Veterinary Ecosystem: Direct, hands-on background working inside veterinary clinic environments (clinical, operational, or technical roles).
• PIMS Implementation: Prior experience participating in, managing, or coordinating Practice Information Management System (PIMS) implementations within the veterinary domain.
