Full Job Description
We are a local plumbing company that focuses on relationships with our customers and team members.
We are NOT a high-pressure sales company.
Diagnose the problem, Explain clearly, Present options. Let the customer decide.
No pressure. No games. Just great service.
-NO ON CALL
-Major Holidays Paid
-Weekends off (must work 2 Saturdays a month- Only if NEEDED)
-Health insurance
Pay: hourly (billable worked hours)
Hourly pay for hours worked on a job, performing plumbing.
5% commission on jobs sold by tech(after material and overhead cost subtracted)
Duties:
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water lines, drains, gas lines, and fixtures. Troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently. Perform sewer and drain cleaning, cabling, and hydro-jetting services. Accurately complete work orders, estimates, and documents. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, providing professional recommendations and solutions. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition. Follow all safety protocols and plumbing codes to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
4 + years of professional plumbing experience required. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices. Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (cabling machines and hydro-jetters, etc.) Strong customer service, communication skills, and sales. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as on a team.
Must be able to:
lift 60 lbs, crawl, work in tight areas, speak fluent english.
Pay: $36.00 – $44.00 per hour
