Are you a person who loves to help? Do you like to keep things organized and people informed? Are you a strong multi-tasker? We are looking for an Office Manager who can help keep us organized. ing to the Controller, the right person will become an integral part of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors
• Answering phones
• Ordering supplies
• Data entry as required
• Assisting with the onboarding process
• Managing the wireless phones
• Managing the company office equipment
• Managing the company maintenance needs
• Assist with Accounts Payable
• Mail: Receive, distribute, assist with mass mailings
• Organize credit card receipts
• Assist with party/event set up and clean up
• Assist sales: proofreading, spell checking, schedule meetings/reminder calls
• Manages monthly billing, collections and logistics of small side business

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred
• Microsoft Office experience required
• 1 year of administrative experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with all types of people
• Team oriented
