You Will

• Operate machinery & equipment throughout the plastic recycling process in a safe manner, such as wash systems, bale breakers, conveyers, pelletizers, grinders & extruders

• Maintain equipment, troubleshooting & performing preventative maintenance, to assure optimal production/operating performance

• Lead process changeovers & conduct process quality checks to identify opportunities for improvement

• Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences, positioning you for promotion

You Have

• Able to work days 7 am – 7:30 pm or nights 7 pm – 7:30 am & a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Mechanical or other technical/machine operation ability. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work

• Strong interpersonal skills & desire to be a productive team member in a modern recycling facility

• Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
