P&J Trading Hiring for Customer Service Representatvice Job at San Clemente, CA Remote

Part-Time (Work from Home) position open immediately for qualified applicants in or around San Clemente, CA.

Hours are: Friday-Sunday, 8 hours per day part-time.

Compensation is: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience.

We are a fragrance oil company looking to hire for 1 position in online customer service. All CS is online via email or on platform. No CS phone calls or live chat.

This position is a work from home opportunity with computer supplied.

Duties Include:

• Answering customer inquiry emails in English utilizing mostly templated responses. Types of customer emails include, but are not limited to: order inquiries, product information, shipping inquiries, return requests, and refunds.
• Ensuring proper weights & measures for customer shipments
• Processing return requests and managing RMA’s
• Handle customer service via various online sales platforms and shipping software.

Please note: Training for this position would take place in office so a candidate in or near San Clemente is desired.
