About the Role

We’re hiring a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) who loves the idea of breaking out of the traditional clinic mold. You’ll deliver exceptional therapy in homes, assisted living communities, and our cozy outpatient clinic. Every day is different — and every day you’ll make mobility, independence, and quality of life better for someone in your community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on, patient-focused therapy in home health, outpatient, and senior living settings
• Implement personalized therapy plans in partnership with your supervising therapist
• Use manual techniques to maximize outcomes (we’ll support you if you want to grow these skills!)
• Keep clear, organized documentation so care stays seamless
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

What You Bring

• Licensed in Oklahoma (or Compact state) as a PT
• Excellent communicator who connects easily with people
• Confident working independently, but also a team player
• Bonus if you have manual therapy experience or a curiosity to learn!
