This is mostly remote with some team connects in Cincinnati. We prefer Cincinnati or San Jose based folks.

Result Statement: To support the CEO through extreme detail orientation, helping organize the CEO, through stellar written communication, emails internally and externally, managing schedule, and creating external facing documents with the understanding of company brand values.
Must have skills to write well, edit, and communicate at a highly professional level especially through email. We do not want to have to train you on this.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA):
This is not an exhaustive list but should give an overview of the types of tasks and responsibilities of this role. Your primary goal is to actively assist the CEO who has limited time and capacity as the leader of a fast growing company. You should be able to prepare for and think ahead of the CEO. If the CEO is reminding you of tasks and or has to ask for updates from you, you are not doing a good job;)
You should be updating the CEO before she asks. Reminding her of upcoming meetings and giving her info for the meeting. Following up with team mates on her behalf.

You will be asked to answer a series of questions via email for round 1. For round 2 you will have a call.

Pay: $15.05 – $20.00 per hour
