PerformaCoat, Inc Hiring for Office Manager Job at Houston, TX Full Time

Overseeing office personnel, operate as Human Resources, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. Calculate & process timecards, payroll & workers compensation within ADP payroll & QuickBooks office systems. Set-up new hires in PlanSource System & process proper paperwork & documentation. Perform new hire orientations, create company memos & keep updated company & employee files. Perform month end close duties to keep the QB records & spreadsheet up to date. Receive & process inventory lists & do the purchasing for shop supplies, paint & grit blast & all office supplies. Maintain contact with vendors for purchasing needs. Supply tax & status reports to CFO as needed & requested. Research pricing history & prepare invoicing & billing, when needed. Log & keep up to date records on-time delivery log sheet & initiate daily production meeting among office & lead shop employees. Several responsibilities that require excellent customer communication & service, Multi-tasking, Troubleshooting, Problem solving, Teamwork. Prefer Quickbooks & previous accounting experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
• Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Preferred)
