Job Details for: Work from Home Customer Service Agent:

• Schedule: Open Monday-Sunday 6 am to 11 pm CST (You will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift between these hours)
• Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.50 PLUS opportunities to earn competitive incentives
  
• Direct hire opportunity. Eligible for full benefit package after 90 days!
• 
  Paid 5-week virtual training program: Tuesday- Saturday from 12:30-9 PM CST
• Equipment provided
• Saturdays required
• 
  FULLY REMOTE for Mississippi residents.

The Ideal Candidate for a Work from Home Customer Service Agent:

• Is a customer service-oriented individual
• Has prior experience in a call center or background in customer service
• Able to multitask and navigate between multiple screens

Job Responsibilities for a Work from Home Customer Service Agent:

• Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Educate customers on products and services available to them
• Help the customer select a policy that best suits their needs
• Provide an excellent customer service/sales experience

Job Requirements for a Work from Home Customer Service Agent:

• 
  Must have open availability!
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• 1 + year of call center or sales experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 
  Must be a resident of Mississippi
