Processor

Pay: $28-$44/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 Months (contract to hire possibility)

Location: Portland, OR (Fully Remote, West coast hours)

Our large Public Accounting Client is seeking processors for their Processing Center of Excellence. These positions are contract roles with the option to convert to full-time employees. Applicants must be comfortable working West coast hours (9am to 6 pm PST).

Responsibilities of the Processor:

• Proofing, editing, and formatting audit and attest s for various types of clients
• Formatting audit s to conform with regulatory and firm standards
• Authoring of various sections of the audit
• Reviewing and proofing of audit s
• Participating in a robust quality control process to ensure the accuracy of audit s
• Document Processing including:
  • Prepare audit s, including formatting, checking data, and printing and binding
  • Copy edit audit s for spelling, grammar, punctuation and tense
  • Collaborate with audit teams to produce customizations and unique modifications to audit s
  • Ensure audit documents are of high quality, meet consistency standards, and are error free

Requirements for the Processor:

• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a team, and handle confidential information
• Highly attentive to detail and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
• Business Application experience in a large organization setting
• Professional services processing or admin experience a plus
• Fortune 500 company processing or admin experience a plus
• MOS Certification a plus
