The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly driven People Operations & Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and help build the talent behind one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S.
This role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, while also serving as key support across broader HR and People Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited by the opportunity to expand into broader People Operations responsibilities over time.
This role will play a critical part in helping scale the organization by attracting top talent across multiple functions while also stepping into broader HR support during a maternity leave coverage period for the Head of People. During that time, this person will gain hands-on exposure to all facets of HR, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, systems, and employee experience.
Long-term, this role is designed for someone who wants to continue growing beyond recruiting and develop deeper expertise across the full People function as the company scales.
The ideal candidate has direct experience recruiting within CPG, food & beverage, nutrition, wellness, supplements, or better-for-you consumer brands and understands the pace, operational demands, and talent profiles within high-growth consumer companies.
This role specifically requires experience recruiting for corporate and HQ functions such as marketing, ecommerce, sales, operations, finance, people, and leadership roles — not solely plant, warehouse, or manufacturing hiring.
As part of a lean and collaborative People team, this role requires someone who can flex between strategic recruiting execution and hands-on HR support while helping build scalable people infrastructure for a rapidly growing business.
