About this role
This is a pivotal role for a high-impact People Operations leader ready to own and strategically scale our core HR functions. You will thrive in a high-volume, rapidly evolving environment and be essential to driving the success of the People team. You bring strong HR generalist experience, the ability to execute daily HR operations with accuracy, urgency, and sound judgment and a strong passion for process improvement.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to independently manage and own all core operational HR functions including employee relations, benefits, LOA, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, workers’ compensation, and compliance reporting. You are a process-improvement champion who is passionate about implementing structure, refining systems, and strengthening team-wide consistency as we scale
You will be critical in driving the success of the People team, ready to roll up your sleeves to build and contribute across the full range of people operations functions.
